Daily Message - 6 Third Eye Chakra

You have an opportunity today to look at the deeper meaning in your life. The opening of the sixth chakra, known as the Third Eye, allows you  to see beyond the physical. When this chakra is balanced, you can access higher levels of consciousness. It is located between the brows just above the bridge of the nose. This is your psychic and intuitive center. One method to access guidance from the Third Eye Chakra is to sit quietly in meditation. Concentrate on your breathing. Allow all the thoughts that tend to run through your mind to disappear. Visualize, with your eyes closed, an empty blackboard. Then ask a question. Be patient during this process. If it is your first time it might take a while for an image to appear or it might be blurry. Give your intuition permission to show you the answer for your highest good. Seeing images in your mind's eye will require translation. The language of this chakra tends to come symbolically. The more you practice this meditation, these symbols will become your personal library. Soon you will understand how to translate the images accurately. Sometimes you might receive the images like a short movie where translation is not required. You will intuitively understand the meaning. The more you practice the better you will become at tapping into your own guidance. This is far more empowering than always seeking the answers outside of yourself.
