Whether it is painting, dancing, building, healing or writing, engage in self expression, you might be surprised by the results. This creative action may not lead to a commercial enterprise, however just the act itself might have a positive effect on your personal and professional life. You might discover a hidden talent. Or this artistic expression might open new channels of self exploration. Take an art class and see where the brush leads you.
