Daily Message - 20 Companion's Love

This message on a global level can change how we live and how we treat others. Coming from a place of love, there would be no division among us. There would be no division based on race, gender, lifestyle choices, etc. There would be an awareness of our fear. Take 10 minutes today to reflect on what you are grateful for and you will feel this love. Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, play soft music if you like, and visualize who and what you are grateful for in your life. Feel that love and share it with yourself and others today.
